Here we are already into our first week in 2009. It is absolutely amazing how fast the past year flew by. It seems just a few months ago I had initiated the creation of Always Serendipity. It has already been a year! I am continuing to pump out new items for my store and have created an eCommerce store on Yahoo to broaden my network range. I have been selling primarily through my eBay storefront, and it does pretty well. Although, at times it is so defeating to have to give back a good amount of my earnings to eBay and PayPal fees. But, this was a start and it has given me the opportunity to learn more about operating an online retail business.
I am busy listing new with tags and excellent worn children's clothing; creating many new boutique hair bows, tutus, hair bow holders and several other girlie accessories. I am really excited about my newest projects with petti-skirt tutus and diaper cakes. I am scheduling myself to attend several shows and possibly Canton in 2009. Of course, this is contingent on show fees and how well business is throughout the year!
